By popular request from many clients we’ve branched out a little from our core tree care business into building fences of all shapes and sizes on properties large and small.
Having a good, sturdy and attractive fence not only improves the look of your outdoor space, garden or grounds, increasing the value of your property, but a fine fence serves numerous other purposes too. It defines the boundaries of your property, or divides the land into zones for different uses. It also provides privacy, acts as a wind break and improves your safety and security.
Our fencing team are experienced and skilled at erecting all sorts of traditional and decorative fences – complete with gates if you wish. We can build fences with ready-made fence panels or construct fences in various styles, such as overlap, featheredge, picket or closeboard fences.
We just love working in the great outdoors, improving the outside space on our clients’ properties, so it stands to reason that we enjoy a bit of landscaping work too.

A useful by-product of our tree work is a constant supply of good logs. These we hand split, store and season to make available as fuel for wood-burning stoves.
You can rely on us to keep you warm through the winter with a supply of sustainable logs with a low moisture content, so that they burn efficiently and as cleanly as possible, giving off the maximum amount of heat with the minimum amount of emissions.
We have hardwood logs such as oak, ash, beech and birch, as well as softwood logs like pine and fir which are ideal for outdoor chimneys or firepits on a summer evening. Don’t forget to stock up sufficiently so you’ll have a plentiful supply of fuel for your barbecues and sizzling pizza oven.
